MKA Design Consultants is seeking an ambitious structural engineering graduate with a solid background in concrete and steel design and detailing for the role of Team Leader – Precast Detailing and Design.
Job Duties:
- Generation of structural precast drawings in AutoCAD
- Application of structural building concepts
- Adherence to schedules and management of deadlines
- Adherence to and training of multiple sets of standards
- Review and checking of drawings for accuracy and quality
- Project coordination and documentation
- Communication with US office
- Team development and leadership
Required Qualifications:
- BS in Civil or Structural Engineering
- 10-15 years structural precast concrete design experience
- An interest in project management
- Effective communication skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and Bluebeam
- Familiarity with Revit is also desired
- Programming experience helpful

MKA Design Consultants is looking for an ambitious AutoCAD Drafter with experience in precast concrete detailing for the role of Senior Precast Detailer.
Job Duties:
- Generation of precast concrete production drawings, erection drawings, and connection details in AutoCAD
- Adherence to schedules and management of deadlines
- Adherence to and training of multiple sets of standards
- Review and checking of drawings for accuracy and quality
- Coordination with fellow detailers and checkers
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering
- 8-10 years professional 2D and 3D CAD precast concrete drafting experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and Bluebeam
- Efficiency and accuracy
- Knowledge of drafting standards
- Effective communication skills
- Familiarity with Revit is also desired

- Adherence to drafting and client standards
- Adherence to schedules
- Coordination with fellow detailers and checkers
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering
- 4-8 years professional 2D and 3D CAD drafting experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and Bluebeam
- Strong arithmetic skills and a solid understanding of basic geometry
- Efficiency and accuracy
- Keen eye for detail
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as on a team
